Lakeside played its region opener last Friday and fell tough, losing 16-15 at Evans.
Friday’s game will only be the second one at home this season for the Panthers who played three of their four non-region games away from home.
Their only other home game was on Sept. 1 when they dropped a 27-17 decision to North Augusta (S.C.) in the second game of the season.
The Panthers have lost their last two. They lost their final non-league game at Veterans on Sept. 15. They had the next week off before taking on Evans last week to open league play.
Lakeside’s wins this season were against Aiken (S.C.) in the season opener by 46-24 and Greenbrier in the third game by 14-10.
BHS had a balanced offensive showing last Friday against Grovetown as the Pirates ran for 240 yards and passed for 137.
Senior quarterback J.R. Elkins threw three touchdown passes in the win.
The Brunswick defense held Grovetown to only 46 passing yards and less than 200 yards for the game.
Last year, the Pirates totaled 428 yards in their home victory over Lakeside while holding the Panthers to 171 total net yards.
BHS led 30-3 at halftime.
